P.F.E. Albee Commemorative Teacup Set This is a 1996 Avon Honor Society Mrs. P.F.E. Albee Commemorative Teacup & Saucer set. The cup measures 4 inches across the top including the handle, and the saucer measures about 5 1/2 inches across. Made by Queens China in England, it has a pretty floral pattern of colorful flowers with a small oval frame at the top center with a lady's portrait, and is trimmed in 22k gold. There is a round, dark wooden base to display the cup and a wooden peg that holds the saucer up on the display. It comes with the original box and paperwork, and is in very good condition.
