Vintage Lustreware, porcelain, pearlized Trinket Box reminiscent of Japan.  There are no markings, but the style looks made in Japan.  That is only my opinion!  Lid is 3-7/8" Wide; Bowl of box is 4" Wide and 1-1/8" deep at its deepest point.   No cracks, crazing, chips, or repairs.
