Victorian Parasols
The most Romantic Accessory under the Sun. Victorian Era Parasols were used for a variety of reasons. First to keep the ladies skin out of the sun, thus, soft and fair. Also, as with the fan, it was a way to flirt.

(click on picture to enlarge) White Battenberg Lace Parasol This parasol has a 25" (from top to bottom) bamboo handle and a metal frame. Very nice 100% Battenberg lace, with embroidered flowers. The parasol itself measures 31" across from side to side, when open. A gorgeous parasol.
