GENERAL
MERCHANDISE:
We only accept returns if you have received
incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise. Refunds are given on
merchandise only. We value your business and
want you to be completely happy.
CLOTHING:
You
must notify me within three (3) days of
receipt that you are returning the item for any reason.
THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER!!
No refunds on CLOSEOUT items (standard industry practice). We accept returns on clothing if they are
returned in the same shape they were received by you. That means with
tags intact and in not-worn condition. We give a full
refund, less shipping, if you follow these guidelines:

All items are
described as accurately as possible; however the purchaser has three (3) days after receipt of the item to contact Romance Remembered by
Cresa (e-mail, telephone call, or fax) if not satisfied with the
item for any reason. Over three (3) days there is no return offered.
If the items are not
returned to Romance Remembered in the same condition as they
were sent, they are considered USED. In other words, I can
not sale them as new and no refund will be given! Please
do not return USED merchandise expecting a refund! This has only happened once to a pair of shoes, but
nevertheless, I have to put this statement in.

Scuffs on soles of shoes; tears, stretches, or perspiration
stains on apparel.
