We only accept returns if you have received incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise.  Refunds are given on merchandise only.  We value your business and want you to be completely happy.

NO REFUNDS are given on the SALES page or CLOSEOUT merchandise!  This is indicative in ALL the retail industry!

If the items are not returned to Romance Remembered in the same condition as they were sent, they are considered USED.  In other words, I can not sale them as new and no refund will be given!  Please do not return USED merchandise expecting a refund!  This has only happened once to a pair of shoes, but nevertheless, I have to put this statement in.
